Co-Founder

Ayo Disu is recognised as an emerging leader in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Through his affiliate alumni membership at the Centre for Innovation Management Research UK, Ayo’s work contributes to research and teaching at The Birkbeck Centre for Innovation Management.
Ayo successes range from working on the investment team at a $200M private equity fund where he was exposed to buy-side processes and covered sectors such as FMCG, TMT, and financial services to process codification and leading digital transformation change for the non-profit arm of a $500M family office.
With a BSc in management from the University Central Lancashire, UK and an MSc in Management from Cass Business School, UK underpinning his unique talents, he also holds an MSc in Business Innovation and electronic Business for which he was awarded an international merit scholarship from Birkbeck College, University of London, UK.
In his capacity as co-founder of Octillion, Ayo serves through a determined concentration on a clear acquisition process, inclusive governance, improving processes, and steering the growth of all areas of the business.
He is considered a servant leader who keeps people at the heart of the organisation and believes that diverse people and products are key drivers of business performance. see

Kunle Campbell

Co-Founder

An eCommerce Growth Expert and One of the rising marketing and operational talents in eCommerce, Kunle Campbell is incredibly passionate about all thing’s eCommerce and brand growth. For over a decade, Kunle has been showing businesses how to surf the tides of commercial trends and create opportunities for scale.
Having worked with global businesses such as Alibaba.com, Mastercard, BigCommerce and many more, he is deeply inspired by entrepreneurship and how eCommerce can add value to the world.
An economics graduate with an MSc in e-business management from Warwick Business School, Kunle has acted in the capacity of Fractional CMO and Advisor at a range of eCommerce businesses from start-ups to digital transformation initiatives of brick-and-mortar retail brands, and has also working with Facebook, SAP, and the BBC in the UK.
As host of the popular eCommerce podcast: 2X eCommerce, Kunle has gained and shared insights on the macro trends of markets since 2014 and has reached thousands of listeners over 300 episodes on his show. In his capacity as co-founder of Octillion, Kunle is considered an ethical visionary, sharply focused on driving business innovation and brand growth that is specially engineered to scale businesses as sustainably as possible.

Kevin Withane

(Diversity, equity, and Inclusion)

Kevin Withane is the founder of Diversity X, a venture capital fund, community, and ecosystem focused on supporting underestimated founders who are trying to make the world a little bit better. He is an independent non-executive director of various private companies and sits on the advisory board of start-ups. He hosts the Cocktail Leadership podcast. Kevin is a purpose-led senior lawyer and ethics and compliance executive at a FTSE250 company. He has gained experience working across non-profits, quasi-governmental organisations, at a regulator, in international law firms, SMEs and at a global public listed company. A purpose-led senior lawyer specialising in ethics and compliance. Kevin has lived and worked in the UK, China, Hong Kong and the United States as well as traveling extensively across Europe and Asia where he has gained deep insights into the shift towards human leadership and the demand for business to align their purpose with making the world a better place – for everyone. Kevin is passionate about helping build positive work cultures with strong climates of integrity, and supporting companies become truly diverse and inclusive.

Kiri Masters

Kiri Masters is the founder & CEO of Bobsled Marketing, a digital agency that helps established consumer brands grow their Amazon sales channel. After a successful career as a commercial banker at JPMorgan Chase, Kiri launched her first eCommerce brand on Amazon. Today, Kiri is a contributor to Forbes, where she writes a weekly column about Amazon from a brand's perspective. She hosts the Ecommerce Braintrust podcast, co-hosts the Amazon For CMOs podcast, and is the author of two books - The Amazon Expansion Plan and Amazon For CMOs. Dr Marios Samadanis

(Innovation strategy)

Marios Samdanis is a Lecturer in Strategy, Entrepreneurship and International Management at Brunel University, prior to that he was a Lecturer in Digital Creativity and New Media Management at Birkbeck College and in Art Brand at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London. He has a PhD in Management from Kent Brand School, University of Kent, and a master’s degree in Innovation Management and Technology Policy from Birkbeck College. His research has been published in journals such as International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of Brand Research, European Management Review, Information and Organization and International Journal of Human-Computer Studies. He is an active reviewer for a wide range of journals in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Tony is a former executive and expert in marketing and sales having Led high-performing Sales and Marketing teams consistently exceeding multi-million-pound targets in advertising, sponsorship and Promotions across digital, mobile, radio, print, television and press with companies including EMAP, Capital Radio and The Daily Mail. Tony also worked in a number of Advertising Agencies in London, in Media Planning and Buying roles. Tony managed successful sales teams that, after extensive annual surveys of the advertising marketplace, were voted “Sales Team of the Year” for four years running as Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Emap, Capital Radio Group and the Daily Mail. Tony has an MBA from Manchester’s Alliance Business School.
