Ayo Disu

Ayo has experience in private equity and consulting, most recently working as an independent consultant for a non-profit organisation where he led the digital transformation and fundraising activities of the organisation. Ayo has an undergraduate from the University of Central Lancashire in management and two master’s degrees from Cass business school, UK (Management) and Birkbeck, University of London in Business innovation and electronic business for which he received an international merit scholarship. Ayo is also an affiliate alumni/member of the Centre for Innovation Management Research UK (see more) for his research on issues related to Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Tony Keaveny

Tony is a former executive and expert in marketing and sales having Led high-performing Sales and Marketing teams consistently exceeding multi-million-pound targets in advertising, sponsorship and Promotions across digital, mobile, radio, print, television and press with companies including EMAP, Capital Radio and The Daily Mail. Tony also worked in a number of Advertising Agencies in London, in Media Planning and Buying roles. Tony managed successful sales teams that, after extensive annual surveys of the advertising marketplace, were voted “Sales Team of the Year” for four years running as Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Emap, Capital Radio Group and the Daily Mail. Tony has an MBA from Manchester’s Alliance Business School.

Tripti Singh

Tripti helps organizations streamline their processes to accelerate growth, reduce issues, improve delivery timelines, and boost up staff morale at C suite level or lower. Tripti has worked for 8+ years in the manufacturing/automotive, aviation, construction, and the green tech industry. Operations (production), quality assurance, QHSE systems, and compliance monitoring have been key areas of her work so far and that's now being enhanced by exposure to areas like organizational behavior, executive leadership, general management, data analytics, finance, and economics through some recently covered modules during her MBA at London Business school. Tripti has a BSc in Electrical and Electronic engineering from Birla Institute of Technology. Tripti enjoys art and design in her leisure time.

Dr Marios Samadanis

Marios Samdanis is a Lecturer in Strategy, Entrepreneurship and International Management at Brunel University, prior to that he was a Lecturer in Digital Creativity and New Media Management at Birkbeck College and in Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London. He has a PhD in Management from Kent Business School, University of Kent, and a master’s degree in Innovation Management and Technology Policy from Birkbeck College. His research has been published in journals such as International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of Business Research, European Management Review, Information and Organization and International Journal of Human-Computer Studies. He is an active reviewer for a wide range of journals in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Ehizuelen “Hizzy” Arabome

Hizzy is an investment analyst for a London based asset management firm. He has previous professional experience in corporate and investment banking and management consulting. He holds a master’s degree from Birkbeck College, University of London in business innovation with e-business and is also a graduate of Imperial College London having successfully completed his MSc in management with a specialisation in corporate strategy. Hizzy also holds a BA in management from the University of Leicester. Hizzy enjoys reading, sports and travelling in his leisure time.
